Cask ageing : 3 years ageing in new American oak and first fill bourbon casks. Refined in barrels of rum from Barbados for 6 months.

On the Nose: notes of ripe banana, vanilla and spices.

On the palate, it's full-bodied, intense and spicy, with notes of blond tobacco and licorice.

By the glass: ideal on ice, but also in delicious fruity cocktails.
